Every afternoon, as the sun descended behind the hills, they ran through the olive fields, their laughter echoing between the ancient trunks.

Their father, Samuel López,
an agronomist and olive expert,
taught them that every drop of oil
was the result of a miracle.

"This EVOO gives us strength, health, and life", he used to say, while the sunset kissed the groves in golden light.

The Birth of Olizan

That small cortijo was more than a home —
it was the cradle of a legacy.

Years later, when Daniela became a woman,
her heart returned to those golden afternoons.

And from that memory, OLIZAN was born.
The union of Oliver and Izan —
a tribute to their childhood.
